Wright Tool Company quite literally got its start in the trunk of a car. Founder Maurice Wright sold tools out of the back of his car, person-to-person and face-to-face. Although our business has grown and evolved over the years, that growth has always been carefully managed so that we don't expand faster than our ability to keep things personal. We like knowing our customers and they seem to have liked knowing us.
We could have "gone internet" a long time ago, but we didn't think we were ready--and neither were most of the ecommerce web sites we had to use ourselves. But we think the time has come, both technologically and personally (for us): Even this initial version of our site has some important features that help us keep things personal.
For example, note the Live Help box over on the left. If you click on the picture, a little window will open that will allow you to have a real-time "chat" with a support person. If you're having trouble navigating the site or something just strikes you as odd, chances are our support person can help. If they can't, they know who can and we'll get back to you via your choice of e-mail or phone.
In addition, we have tried to make our phone number easy to find. The phone still works, and we still like talking with you. In fact, here are our contact details again, just for the record:
